Abstracts for papers or posters must be submitted by presenters no later than August 31, 2026.

If a presenter fails to submit their abstract by August 31, 2026, their presentation may not be included in the conference program.

Registration fee includes a collection of abstracts, except for accompaniying persons. Welcome reception, coffees & snacks, and social dinner are complimentary for registered attendees.

Early Bird Registration Rate – To qualify for the early bird discount, the registration fee must be paid via bank transfer on or before August 31. Onsite payment (cash or card) is not accepted for this rate. After completing the transfer, please submit the registration form：icgc13@126.com
