CALL FOR PAPERS——INTL’STUDENTS PRESENTATION COMPETITION

WELCOME

The 20th SAMPE CHINA Conference is going to be held during June 17-20, 2025 in Beijing themed on "Advanced material leads the Innovation of Green Industry". The four-days international academic conference and three-days exhibition will focus on the subject of advanced composite material structure designing, stable preparation of raw material, tooling designing, manufacturing process, mass production and quality control, testing and characterization, assembly, sustainable development, the current status of engineering and application and the international development trend. So as to promote advanced composite materials in the service of lighter, stronger, more efficient, more environmental protection of green industry innovation and development.

SAMPE CHINA 2025 is going to organize a special students presentation competition. The theme on matrix materials, reinforcement, tooling, process, interphase/ interface, designing, simulation, engineering, renewable, repair are all welcome.

The deadline for oral of a 1-page abstract is May 17, 2025. Authors of accepted abstract will then be required to submit the presentation before June 13, 2025.

COMPETITION RULE

1) The competition will be for enrolled students at an accredited university, institute, college or community college only.

2) The abstract of the presentation is necessary.

3) Once the abstract is accepted, authors need to make a presentation with 20 minutes in English.

4) After the presentation, 5 minutes for Q&A in English.

5) A total of 100 points for the competition, presentation 50 points, Q&A 30 points, English level 20 points.

6) Competition awards for antors are as follows: Monetary and certification awards for 1 first place, 2 second place and 3 third place will be given on-site.
